Limited Time Offer: 50,000 Membership Rewards Points For Opening An American Express Business Gold Reward Card

The Business Gold Rewards card from American Express doesn’t usually offer a signup bonus at all, but for a limited time it is being offered with an impressive 50,000-point bonus if you spend $5,000 on the card within 3 months of opening your account.  American Express occasionally runs 75,000-point offers for the Business Gold Rewards card, but those offers contain a significantly higher minimum spend requirement: $10,000 within 4 months.

I discussed the Business Gold Rewards card in my roundup of the best business cards: like its personal card counterpart, it is a strong points-earner, especially for frequent flyers.  It earns 3 Membership Rewards points per dollar on airfare, 2 points per dollar on advertising expenditures, shipping, and at gas stations, and 1 point per dollar on all other purchases.  It carries a $175 annual fee, but that fee is waived for the first year.  I own the Business Gold Rewards card, and plan to either downgrade the card, transfer my points, or request a fee waiver or retention bonus before the annual fee hits my account.

If you’re interested in the Business Gold Rewards card, this offer is worth capitalizing on.  Not sure whether you’re eligible for a business charge card?  Check out this post for information on eligibility requirements for business credit and charge cards.
